Employer Info

Looking to recruit students from all majors? The University of Arkansas All Careers Fair allows recruiters to connect to UA students for full-time, part-time, or internship positions for all 96 majors and 240 academic programs. This venue also provides companies branding opportunities while graduate school recruiters can increase awareness about their own programs on a campus with over 29,000 students representing more than 96 undergraduate majors and 180 graduate programs.

For this fair, we are trying a new way to match students and recruiters. During registration, you'll be asked to determine from a list the challenges that your organization helps to solve (whether that's 2 or 20+)! Keep in mind that you will need to be able to talk about how your organization is working on the challenge(s) selected at the fair. Students who register for the All Careers Fair will be encouraged to complete a digital card sort assessment called SparkPath Challenge Cards. The assessment will provide students with their top three challenges they want to help solve in their lives/career. We hope the challenge cards will provide students a way to match themselves with the organizations that attend the fair. Upon approved registration, we'll add your organization's logo under the challenges selected during registration which will be visible on our website and in Handshake for students.

The employer registration and payment deadline is September 6, 2022.
