All Careers Fair

Student Info

Whether you are looking for a full-time position, part-time job, an internship, or graduate program, you will find numerous opportunities at this fair to connect with recruiters from a variety of industries and graduate programs. Also attend this fair to polish your communication skills and gather information about companies and graduate schools. Some employers who attend this fair are focused on students with specific majors; however, many are interested in UA students from all majors. No matter your major, if you are interested in working for any of the industries in attendance, this is the fair for you. Business casual attire is encouraged to make a positive first impression.

Unsure of what companies to talk to at the fair? Take the Challenge Cards Assessment to find out the top three problems you'd like to help solve in the world and then talk with employers at the fair who are trying to solve those same problems! You'll be able to view the challenges employers are trying to solve prior to the fair here.

Employer Info

Looking to recruit students from all majors? The University of Arkansas All Careers Fair allows recruiters to connect to UA students for full-time, part-time, or internship positions for all 270 academic programs. This venue also provides companies branding opportunities, while graduate school recruiters can increase awareness about their own programs to a campus with over 30,000 students representing 101 undergraduate majors and 167 graduate programs.

For this fair, we are trying a new way to match students and recruiters. During registration, you'll be asked to identify the top 3 challenges your organization helps to solve! Keep in mind that you will need to be able to talk about how your organization is working on the challenge(s) selected at the fair. Students who register for the All Careers Fair will be encouraged to complete a digital card sort assessment called SparkPath Challenge Cards. The assessment will provide students with their top three challenges they want to help solve in their lives/career. We hope the challenge cards will provide students a way to match themselves with the organizations that attend the fair. Upon approved registration, we'll add your organization's logo under the challenges selected during registration which will be visible on our website and in Handshake for students.

The employer registration deadline is September 5, 2023. Payment is due upon approval of your registration.

If you need an accommodation to fully participate in this career fair, please contact the Offices of Career Connections at 479-575-2805 or email recruit@uark.edu. The University of Arkansas is an equal opportunity/affirmative action institution.
