Are you a student looking for a part-time job for the spring semester or a paid experience for summer 2025? All students, both graduate and undergraduate are invited to attend the fair to talk with on-campus departments, in and out-of-state summer camps, and local off-campus employers hiring for part-time or temporary jobs for the spring semester or summer months. Don't miss this opportunity to get part-time work experience while attending school!

Early Access: Students awarded federal work-study get early access to the fair starting at 1:00pm and get entered into a drawing for one of 6 Amazon gift cards!

Registration and professional attire is NOT required to attend. Come as you are.

Employer Info

Do you have on-campus or local part-time positions to fill for the spring or summer 2025? Are you seeking students for part or full-time temporary positions for the summer? The University of Arkansas Part-Time Job & Summer Experiences Fair is a great way to connect with our students who are looking to get work experience while attending school and over the summer months. We would love to have employers who are "student-friendly" at the fair. These "student-friendly" employers would be open to working around student's school schedules and requirements as well as providing our students with an opportunity to get experience. As a reminder, off-campus jobs must comply with our policies and guidelines (no door-to-door or private residential jobs). This fair is open to ALL U of A students.

Spring semester part-time job(s) must be located in Fayetteville. Summer jobs can be part-time or full-time nationwide, but must be temporary (summer only).

Fair Time: 1:30?3:30pm. Entry for Federal Work Study students begins at 1:00pm. Please have your booths set by 1:00pm and be available to talk to students at that time. Federal Work Study is a need-based financial aid award that allows students to earn money through an on-campus job. A student who is awarded Federal Work Study will have a portion of their wage come from their Federal Work Study award instead of your departmental budget. Campus departments and non-profit organizations are eligible employers. Employers who want hire work study students for the first time should contact Erin Wooldridge at workstud@uark.edu.

The booth registration deadline is Wednesday, October 30, 2024. Payment is due upon approval of your registration (starting July 1st).

If you need an accommodation to fully participate in this career fair, please contact the Offices of Career Connections at 479-575-2805 or email recruit@uark.edu.
