Also attend this fair to polish your communication skills and gather information about companies and graduate schools. No matter your major, if you are interested in working for any of the industries in attendance, this is the fair for you. Business casual attire is encouraged to make a positive first impression.

Unsure of what companies to talk to at the fair? Take the Challenge Cards Assessment to find out the top three problems you'd like to help solve in the world and then talk with employers at the fair who are trying to solve those same problems! You'll be able to view the challenges employers are trying to solve prior to the fair here.

Employer Info

Looking to recruit students from all majors? The University of Arkansas All Careers Fair allows recruiters to connect to UA students for full-time, part-time, or internship positions for all 96 majors and 240 academic programs. This venue also provides companies branding opportunities, while graduate school recruiters can increase awareness about their own programs to a campus with over 30,000 students.

For this fair, we are trying a new way to match students and recruiters. During registration, you'll be asked to identify the top 3 challenges your organization helps to solve! Keep in mind that you will need to be able to talk about how your organization is working on the challenge(s) selected at the fair. Students who register for the All Careers Fair will be encouraged to complete a digital card sort assessment called SparkPath Challenge Cards. The assessment will provide students with their top three challenges they want to help solve in their lives/career. We hope the challenge cards will provide students a way to match themselves with the organizations that attend the fair. Upon approved registration, we'll add your organization's logo under the challenges selected during registration which will be visible on our website and in Handshake for students.

The employer registration and payment deadline is February 1, 2023.
