According to the University of Arkansas's Educational Leadership program, their mission is to graduate educational leaders with the knowledge, skills, ethics, and motivation to transform educational organizations; to facilitate student success; and to respond affirmatively to the increasing expectations of customers in a technological society and a global environment. The program has three degrees offered: Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership, Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) in Educational Leadership, and Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership.
