The Master of Science in Engineering Management program prepares engineers to lead and manage teams, projects, and organizations with technical workforces to meet strategic objectives. Students will increase their engineering management knowledge to enable them to develop and deliver new products and services to create value for their organization and customers.

MSEM program provides leadership and business skills to manage technology teams. The program is designed for engineers with bachelor's degrees who want to move into leadership positions in engineering organizations. This program will complement your technical, problem-solving skills with key management and leadership skills that can elevate your career.
