UA Onboarding will be done through Workday. Login to your Workday account to complete all tasks and choose how you will be paid. Work with your new supervisor to sign your offer letter. Timeliness in completing these tasks is important and a great way to impress your new supervisor! Also check your UARK email regularly for additional non-Workday tasks, trainings, and instructions.

Before your first day, you will have to schedule an appointment with Human Resources to verify your employment eligibility by filling out the I-9 form.

Complete the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification at Central HR, located in the Administration Building at 1125 W. Maple, Ste. 222.

Click below to view the acceptable documents (no copies) needed to fill out the form and to schedule an appointment!

Questions about completing your I-9 should be directed towards your supervisor or HR.

Connect with your supervisor about your start date/time, work schedule, dress code, pay, onboarding tasks, and any other expectations.
