Whether you are looking for a full-time position, part-time job, or an internship, you will find numerous opportunities at this fair to connect with recruiters from a variety of industries. Also attend this fair to polish your communication skills and gather information about companies. Some employers who attend this fair are focused on students with specific majors; however, many are interested in UA students from all majors. No matter your major, if you are interested in working for any of the industries in attendance, this is the fair for you. Business casual attire is encouraged to make a positive first impression.

Looking to recruit students from all majors? The University of Arkansas All Careers Fair allows recruiters to connect to UA students for full-time, part-time, or internship positions for all 270 academic programs. This venue also provides companies branding opportunities on a campus with over 32,000 students representing 101 undergraduate majors and 167 graduate programs.

Due to the high participation demand in this career fair and our limited space, organizations recruiting U of A students for jobs and internships are prioritized. Graduate Schools and University of Arkansas academic departments are instead invited to host an information table in the Student Union. During registration, you'll be asked to identify the top 3 challenges your organization helps to solve! Keep in mind that you will need to be able to talk about how your organization is working on the challenge(s) selected at the fair. Students who register for the All Careers Fair will be encouraged to complete a digital card sort assessment called SparkPath Challenge Cards. The assessment will provide students with their top three challenges they want to help solve in their lives/career. We hope the challenge cards will provide students a way to match themselves with the organizations that attend the fair. Upon approved registration, we'll add your organization's logo under the challenges selected during registration which will be visible on our website and in Handshake for students.

The employer registration deadline is January 30th, 2024. Payment is due upon approval of your registration.
