Employer Info Register for the STEM Career Fair to interact with U of A students within the STEM fields. Popular majors of students who attend include biological engineering, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering, computer engineering, computer science, data science, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, mathematics, materials science & engineering, mechanical engineering, geosciences, operations management, physics, and technology. Due to the high participation demand in this career fair and our limited space, organizations recruiting U of A students for jobs and internships are prioritized. Graduate Schools and University of Arkansas academic departments not recruiting for STEM programs are instead invited to host an information table in the Student Union. Contact Debbie Ritter at recruit@uark.edu for more information about hosting an information table. The fair will open early at 9:30am for Tau Beta Pi Honors students, ECAP (Engineering Career Awareness Program) and students with disabilities. ECAP students are underrepresented in the field of engineering. The official start time of the fair will run from 10:00am-noon and 1:00pm-3:30pm. Please note that only Employer Partners will be given an opportunity to host an individual information session during the week of the STEM Career Fair. The employer registration deadline is February 19th, 2025. Payment is due upon approval of your registration. |
