According to the University of Arkansas College of Education and Health Professions, "The Counselor Education and Supervision Program advances clinical mental health, rehabilitation and school counseling. It provides teaching and training to emerging counselors and counselor educators, conducts research, and serves professional and community organizations. It is part of the Department of Counseling, Leadership, and Research Methods."
