What is Architectural Studies?

According to the University of Arkansas' Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design, "The Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies (ARSTBS) incorporates coursework from the School of Architecture with liberal arts studies for students with interests in related fields that may not require the five-year accredited degree. This degree could lead to careers in journalism, planning and non-profit organizations. It also provides a good groundwork for graduate study in architecture and allied disciplines such as architectural history, historic preservation, urban planning or construction management."
