According to College of Education and Health Professions at the University of Arkansas, "The Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies (BSEd) is a customizable degree for all students within the College of Education and Health Professions. It focuses on the general theory and practice of learning and teaching. This degree, in itself, does not include licensure. Students completing this program will have the cognitive ability to apply teaching strategies to a variety of employers such as private sector businesses, non-profit organizations, community agencies and with additional training and licensure school settings."
