The STEM Virtual Career Fair offers UA students studying Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math disciplines the opportunity to video chat online with recruiters about full-time, part-time, co-op, or internship positions. This spring semester, students will connect virtually with employers by joining an organization's virtual table in Airmeet and video chatting with employers right away. Once you're finished video chatting with one organization, simply leave the virtual table and join another organization's table of your choosing. It's that simple!
Employers are encouraged to register for the STEM Virtual Career Fair to chat with UA students within the STEM fields. Similar to an in-person fair, employers will take a seat at their own virtual table and will be able to video chat with students who join their virtual table. Instructions for registering in Airmeet will be emailed to registrants no later than one week prior to the fair. Once registered in Airmeet, simply login, take a seat at your organization's virtual table and start video chatting with students who join the table! Popular majors of students who attend include biological engineering, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering, computer engineering, computer science, data science, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, mathematics, mechanical engineering, natural sciences, operations management, and statistics & analytics. The employer registration deadline is February 24th.
If you need an accommodation to participate in the virtual fair, please contact the University Career Development Center at 479-575-2805 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The University of Arkansas is an equal opportunity/affirmative action institution.
