The Teacher Education Career Fair has been cancelled, however if you are a student and would like your resume sent to the 40+ employers/districts who registered, please register for the fair in Handshake by selecting the "+ Join Event" button and upload your resume to Handshake. The students who have registered and uploaded their resume to Handshake by April 7th, will have their resumes submitted to the employers who registered for the fair.
The University of Arkansas Teacher Education Career Fair allows employers to meet and network with upcoming 2020 graduates who will be seeking teaching positions. This fair is for all Education Students who are seeking employment opportunities.
Employers are encouraged to register and attend this fair to meet and network with upcoming 2020 graduates who will be seeking teaching positions. These students will be from various majors such as, Agricultural Education, Art Education, Birth to Kindergarten Education, Business Education, Counseling Education, Elementary Education, Family & Consumer Sciences Education, Music Education, Physical Education & Health, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Secondary Education, and Technology Education. This venue also provides companies branding opportunities on a campus with over 27,000 students representing more than 94 undergraduate majors and 145 graduate programs. The employer registration deadline is March 31th.
Upcoming 2020 Graduates, if you are looking for a teaching position with a local, in-state, or out of state school you will find great opportunities at this fair to connect with prospective employers seeking students with your majors. Also attend this fair to expand your network, polish your interview skills, learn industry information, and gather information about companies. Business Casual attire is required to attend.
